KOLIBRI device

Learn more about your health every day

KOLIBRI® is a non-invasive portable screening device that detects more than 40 health parameters in 2–5 minutes. In addition, the device identifies a number of pathological conditions and health threats. The device is designed for both private and professional use, and each device can be linked to a qualified healthcare professional's cloud account, allowing him/her to remotely monitor the patient's health.

KOLIBRI professional

For healthcare and medical professionals

The innovative KOLIBRI® technology reduces the distance in communication between the patient and the doctor. The developed algorithms of machine learning open new opportunities for the complex analysis of the received results of diagnostics and early detection of threats to health and signs of diseases. Regular monitoring of health, both by the patient and the doctor (at a distance), contributes to the earlier detection of disorders in the body and increase the effectiveness of treatment.

KOLIBRI family

For patients and families

KOLIBRI® raises patients' awareness of their health and the health of their loved ones between regular visits to the doctor. It is enough to carry out a simple two- or five-minute measurement procedure. After that, the intelligent system calculates individual health parameters, identifies potential risks and signs of pathology, and generates an easy-to-understand report using a special cloud system.

It is especially useful for patients with heart disease and type 2 diabetes, as well as for career-oriented people over 40 years of age.

KOLIBRI Technology

Technology description

The technology of KOLIBRI® is based on the processing of heart activity (HA) signals. KOLIBRI® system uses an autoregressive linear prediction model based on the properties determined from the HA signal for the determination of biochemical parameters (Patent US 10,531,836 B2 date: Jan.14, 2020). Big Data collected from clinical and pre-clinical trials over 10 years has built a base for neural network algorithms, which our industry-leading experts in non-invasive medical technologies are expected to develop further.

Data collected and analyzed by specially designed algorithms of the KOLIBRI® system allows assessment of the presence or absence of certain criteria, which characterizes certain pathologies. Therefore, the system can inform a user about suspected health risks. If you use the medical device KOLIBRI® at home and co-work with your medical institution or family doctor, you receive full support from the medical institution or family doctor in the field of remote monitoring of your health.

Cloud infrastructure

The device is integrated into a cloud infrastructure designed to improve remote health monitoring. In the KOLIBRI project, we implemented a full-featured real-time remote patient monitoring system. As a result, we have achieved maximum rapprochement between the patient and the doctor for daily (or regular) monitoring of his condition's health and remote monitoring.

Research and Development

We are constantly conducting further research to increase quality health parameters and further identify the following pathological conditions: diabetes, iron deficiency anaemia, chronic heart failure, myocardial infarction, hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, dental status and others.

BIOL — Home

BIOL device

For pain control and body recovery

The device BIOL is intended for the treatment of adult patients as part of complex therapy to reduce the postoperative and rehabilitation period in patients due to the analgesic effect and accelerating the healing process, make more efficient the recovery process after CVI/stroke, modulate the patient's immune system, accelerate the healing of wounds and injuries, use as a supporting means in the treatment and prophylactic of viral diseases.

BIOL treatment

Chronic pain reduction without any drugs

Treatments and rehabilitation sessions can be used as a consistent reduction of chronic pain, as the device always targets the primary source of discomfort.

BIOL cancer

Improve the quality of life for patients with cancer

BIOL is used to relieve symptoms and side effects of cancer, such as pain, nausea, fatigue and anxiety.

BIOL Technology

A brief description of the principles of operation

Studies of the influence of electromagnetic fields (EMF) on living organisms have been conducted since the middle of the last century. As a result, it has been established that EMFs can affect biochemical reactions and the behavior of charged molecules near membranes — namely: create electric fields in conductors, affect moving charge carriers, change the diffusion rate through membranes, distort bond angles, which influences the binding of proteins and the synthesis of macromolecules, etc.

Research in molecular biology has made it possible to detect the presence of endogenous bioelectric signals, as well as to determine their sources and influence on embryogenesis, regeneration and neoplasms formation. Ion flows and voltage gradients generated by ion channels and pumps are key regulators of cell proliferation, migration, and differentiation.

These particular features were taken into account during the device BIOL designing, and the frequency ranges of meter and decimetre waves were chosen. Our own studies and experiments with the device BIOL have been started in 2007.

Clinical results

In 2009, the device BIOL was clinically tested at the Kyiv Regional Hospital No.2 showing improvement in 80% of patients. In 2009, BIOL was used for 128 patients at the spa and rehabilitation center "Ukraine" with hypertension II-III degree — a reliable effect was obtained confirmed by hemodynamic parameters and laboratory studies. In 2011, studies in several research centers in Europe showed decrease in tumor size by an average of 15% in cancer patients treated with BIOL.

STARDEVICE — Home

StarDevice

Ready treatment protocols

StarDevice, as an instrument of shock-wave therapy, is effective for physiotherapy, orthopedics, urology, neurology, cosmetology, sports medicine and rehabilitation. The device can be used in medical and rehabilitation institutions, fitness clubs and wellness centers, gyms and spas, in private practice.

StarDevice protocols

28 pre-set treatment protocols

The uniqueness of the device comes from 28 built-in set-ups (protocols) with different settings. These pre-determined set-ups provide better treatment depending on the circumstances and allow fast and easy set-up of the device. The protocols are classified based on: head, body, spine, arms and legs. 20 years of experience in shock-wave therapy allowed us to determine the best settings for each protocol.

StarDevice tips

Multi-purpose complete set

StarDevice is completed with 9 tips: 4 tips for classic shock-wave therapy, including 1 for trigger-point therapy and 5 for the spine (for spastic protocol, acupuncture points, standard head and two paediatric). It usually takes 2–3 seconds to change a tip in a manipulator.

STARDEVICE Technology

Shock-wave therapy

The shock-wave therapy device STARDEVICE® is intended for the treatment of the musculoskeletal system, rehabilitation of back and head injuries, including those complicated by partial or complete paralysis. Also, the device can be used for other types of therapy, which require forced stimulation of blood circulation in tissues.

The manipulator of the device generates mechanical shocks of a given frequency and force. A doctor with the manipulator makes a mechanical (percussive) effect on ligaments, muscles or vertebral segments of a patient. The shock-wave therapy is recommended for patients from 23 years and older, according to the recommendation of the Vertebrology and Rehabilitation Institute (Kiev, Ukraine).
